EODD: 5 steps to great success with the Every Other Day Diet (EODD)

The EODD is, in my opinion, one of the easiest diets in the world.  Having said that, no diet is a walk in the park or else we’d all be walking around in Adonis like bodies.  As a general rule diets suck.  The EODD just happens to suck the least!

While it is true that the EODD may not be the diet that fits your lifestyle the best, the EODD is still the diet that I think will fit many people’s lifestyles and create the least painful dieting experience for them.  But there are a few things you should know before you start the EODD in order to have great success right off the bat.

  •
    1. After you have received your EODD ebook and other materials on your computer, read through everything! Then think about it for awhile, and then read through them again.  Do not make the mistake of reading through the information one time and then immediately start EODD dieting.  This will be a bad idea because you will not be prepared for the changes in your eating and exercise routines.
    2. After you have read through the EODD material twice and you have thought about EODD so that you understand the principles behind the EODD, pick a starting date.  Your starting date should be between three to seven days in the future because this will give you time to prepare for your diet.  Allow yourself to get excited and motivated to lose weight.  Imagine yourself thin and in great shape.  Fix that picture in your mind and keep it there as you move through the program.
    3. Let people know that you are going on the EODD diet, not everyone of course, but those close to you like your spouse, children, and loved ones.  You want to build a support team around you.  Avoid telling those people that will be negative since they will either consciously or subconsciously sabotages your EODD diet efforts.
    4. Start increasing your water consumption before you start dieting.  Do this to to three days before you start the EODD.  Drinking eight glasses of water a day is so important for weight loss no matter what diet you go on and getting into the habit of drinking eight glasses of water a day before you start the EODD dieting will be of great help to you.
    5. Start your exercise routine before you start your EODD diet.  This will get you into the habit of regular physical activity, which will boost to metabolism and help you lose weight at a much higher rate.  With your water increase and your exercise increase in place you’ll be ready to focus on the EODD eating program fully and you will not be trying to start three new things at once!

If you follow these simple steps the EODD will be one of the easiest diets you have ever tried since it does allow you to eat your favorite foods every week and still lose weight.  You’ll not feel trapped, deprived, or have the overwhelming cravings that other diets have, at least this has been my experience.  I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss efforts.

One question to any person. Does anyone have an idea where I can get before-and-after footage of individuals who have succedded in their hunt for a better shape? Many thanks all.

I have been searching on ebay for a good book to help me get through my diet. In the end I googled it and found this site http://www.hungryforweightloss.com.

They are giving away a free ebook called “365 tips for healthy living”. I didn’t expect it to be any good because it’s free but it’s actually brilliant so I thought i’d share it here :)

Maybe this is me talking nonsense, but it seems like Google isn’t a company run strictly by the top and they seem to be doing quite well.
