It only takes 2 weeks to complete this diet and the best part of it is that you can continue eating as before, eliminating only really bad things such as fast food, cakes and junk food.
As a result you will lose up to 10 pounds!
The only think that you should add to your daily routine is drinking fresh lemonade; just do not add any sugar.
Beginning with day 1 you should prepare your lemonade using 1 glass of water mixed with lemon juice from 1 lemon. Increase the amount of lemons and water by 1 each day for a week. So on day 6 you should drink 6 glasses of water mixed with 6 lemons.
On day 7 use only 3 lemons and 10 cups of water plus 1 tablespoon of honey. For the second week do the same, except for you should start with 6 lemons and 6 glasses of water and decrease by 1 every day. On the last day drink 10 cups of water with juice from 3 lemons and 1 tablespoon of honey as you did on day 7.
And this is it! After just two weeks you will feel refreshed and lose weight.
Tip: Drink all of the lemonade in the morning before breakfast, but if you find it difficult, you can drink it in between your meals.
This lemon diet is not recommended for people with gastrointestinal problems. If you are not sure: consult with your doctor first.
